ice-watch new counter at metro department store in surabaya


On December 16th , 2011, Ice-Watch opens new counter at METRO Ciputra World Surabaya. Mall Ciputra World itself is a new mall which located in downtown. Because of this strategic location, many Surabaya residents and newcomers are interested to come to this mall. Especially on weekend, the mall was crowded with visitors. In the future, we hope that the sales of Ice-Watch can increase and more people can be style with ice-watch

how do you get your channels attention? shuffle your product up all the time and every time. i am well know with this saying with my marketing team "give me 5 minutes with your channel and i know the market share of your products with that channel' how can i tell? well it's simple, because its obvious "if you can't win the channel mind share, you can not win the market share". so have a continuous effort to advertise to your channels, educate them, update them and let them believe that your products are the best.

back in march this year, we are appointed as sole distributor for POLAR Bottle USA, it's simply a water bottle for people who enjoy bicycle.



one month before the goods arrived we have executed seeding strategy to our channels:

what are seeding strategy?
1. start sending epostcard about our POLAR products to person in charge in channels;
2. making seed calls at retail outlets - asking about POLAR bottle;
3. send by email a comprehensive business presentation about POLAR bottle to channel PIC;

before our good arrived, we have successfully opened about 40 retail outlets. as of end of august 2011, we have over 100 retail outlets selling POLAR bottle. that is right just for simple product of water bottle.

to develop your channel successfully its critical that you win their mind share first before launching your products, this is key to seeding strategy

our target is to have 400 retail outlet before the end of 2011.
